This 5-inch full-lamination touch screen with physical buttons supports card swiping and facial recognition unlocking, with 800×480 high-definition resolution. It has built-in Bluetooth, standard BLE, and optional 4G & GNSS communication modules. Equipped with 2 standard CAN channels, 12 standard digital I/O channels and customizable interfaces, it is a stable and expandable solution for intelligent industrial control.

How does a fully laminated touch screen improve visibility in outdoor environments?

In traditional frame‑bonded touch screens, an air gap exists between the touch glass and display panel. When working outdoors under direct sunlight, multiple reflections happen at the air‑glass interfaces, producing strong glare, ghost images and low contrast, which makes screen content hard to recognize.
For fully laminated touch screen, high‑transmittance optical glue completely fills the air gap between touch layer and LCD:

  1. Eliminates multi‑interface light reflection, greatly reduces surface glare under direct sunlight.

  2. Improves actual contrast, texts and icons remain distinguishable in bright outdoor conditions.

  3. Prevents moisture condensation and fogging between layers when temperature rises or drops.

Note: While full‑lamination optimizes optical performance, it cannot make the screen readable in extreme strong sunlight if the backlight brightness itself is insufficient. High‑brightness backlight is still required for top‑level outdoor visibility.
